PULP Virtual, is an auto- stereoscopic 3D screen for visualisation of digital content in a 3D format, without the use of glasses. The quality image and three dimensional perceptions come in a full package with high resolution image. The potential of the product is enormous for digital publicity, as well as for entertainment, science, education and industry in general.

Auto-stereoscopic screens, are special monitors that permit visualisation of diverse contents (objects, animations, images, videos and publicity) in a three dimensional space. The most significant innovation of auto-stereoscopic technology, in comparison with anterior technologies, resides in the spatial visualisation of objects without the need for inconvenient polarized glasses or shutter glasses.

The final result is the application of technologies and optical elements (designed by a parallax barrier or lenticular lens panes), which assures that each eye-span of the spectator, visualizes slightly different perspectives. The human brain processes these perspectives as a spatial image.

Auto-stereoscopic technology is multi-view, five different perspectives are projected on the screens. As these five perspectives align horizontally, the three dimensional contents may be viewed by various spectators simultaneously, with the advantage of a wide viewing area. It is literally possible to move in between the images that are projected! The combination of this device with PULP Motion permits the interaction with 3D contents, with surprising outcomes in digital publicity and special events!

RFID means radio frequency identification and is a system in which objects can be identified through a radio frequency within a geographical basis. The system consists of tags, receivers and a web based application backend. This system operates by placing a tag on an item. This tag is a small radio device capable of sending information to a reader. When a reader sweeps a tag, it will send a pulse of radio energy that is intercepted by the tag and in turn sends back the identification number. In fact it is essentially a more powerful version of the UPC (Universal Product Code) or barcode.
